I am Mukesh Sharma practicing as a criminal lawyer in Rajasthan high court Jaipur since 1995. I did my LLB from the law college Dr. Nagendra Singh Law college Banswara (accredited by Dr. Mohan Lal Sukhadia university) Rajasthan, India in the year 1995. During my tenure, I solved many important criminal cases that honed and refined me as a legal acumen under the Indian laws.
In my practice of 27 years, I contested my important criminal cases and all service matter cases (pension, gratuity, recruitment, etc) in front of the Honourable Rajasthan high court Jaipur. My core competencies lie in the area of Constitutional Law, Service Law, M.A.C.T, and Criminal Law. I represented a host of clients according to their cases in front of the Rajasthan high court since 1995.
